Tell us what you’re passionate about?

I am passionate about a lot of things like my family’s happiness and well-being.

I am passionate about raising strong, confident and kind children.

I am passionate about laughing, having fun and meeting new people. I like hearing their story and seeing and learning new things every day.

I am passionate about doing my very best wherever I am and for whatever I am doing.

I love flowers and food, movies and holidays, especially with my Husband.

I love laughing at funny TV shows or movies with my children and hearing about their day.

I am passionate about the future and making it as safe and as healthy as I can for my children.

How do you look after and nurture yourself?

When I am tired after a long busy day, I make sure my children are nurtured and content and looked after… then I get into bed early!

IF I am really, really tired I even take my dinner to bed and read (no phone, no laptop) then settle down to get a longer night sleep.

I also make sure I have a deep bath as often as I can (which is probably only about once a month!)  I light my candles and sprinkle in these beautiful fresh natural bath salts my amazing friend Lisa gets me from up North, that smell amazing…and I soak.

I make mundane jobs fun with loud music.

I write and stick encouraging quotes and notes up around the house (mainly on the toilet wall!).

I plan a date night once about every three weeks where my husband and I to go out.

I leave a natural healing hand moisturizer by my bed and that is often the very last thing I do before cuddling down to sleep - I moisturize my hands!

What does womanhood, femininity, vitality, health/wellness look like to you?

A smiling, healthy, confident lady who knows her children are safe, cared for and they know where they belong. It looks like a lady with a plan and someone who is not rushing madly but trusts in herself that she will get to the next part of her day, just at the right time, and that it will be ok.

What do you love about yourself?

That I can laugh and often have to laugh in the face of adversity.

I love that my job allows me to be able to listen to people and see their heart literally and figuratively.

I love that I can cry and not be ashamed of showing tears.

I love that I have an inquisitive, wondering mind that helps me learn and work things out.

I love that I have lots of great ideas (sometimes too many ideas!) and I love that I can draw and write, paint and create.

I love that I have some amazing friends that I call my best friends and we can share life together.

Tell us what you stand for, what is your personal revolution?

I stand for living whole-heartedly and being shame resistant.  I think one of my main personal revolutions is to teach and train my children to be able to live like this too.  I want to be able to build a strong, kind, confident, generous, whole-hearted legacy now and to leave behind, for me and my family.
